Job description
- Liaising and interacting with management
- Clarifying the doubts raised by developers
- Gathering and analyzing project requirements
- Discuss with subject matter experts to understand the requirements
- Performing integration testing and coordinating the deployment activities in quality assurance and user acceptance regions
- Review design documents and performing code walkthroughs
- Monitor system performance to detect and resolve problems during deployment
- Support change management
- Advanced problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to senior technical staff
- Analysis of operating environments to resolve performance issues
- Resolving complex problems through the use of troubleshooting skills
- Error log analysis
- Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS, including the capacity to troubleshoot problems and communicate issues clearly to senior staff
- Logging and tracking issues in support delivery system
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a must.
